Weekend Reading

Wops, another belated post this week. I honestly think July might be the “shortest” month of this year! It feels like it started just yesterday, and time keeps getting away from me. You’d think time would be slowing down with this dreary weather we’ve been having for a month and a half (my tan is already gone!), but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I guess I should get out and enjoy the summer before it’s over. Then again, summer lasts until the end of October here in Georgia, so there’s really no hurry :P

Have a fun weekend!

  1. Little Talks by Patricia at Paradigma
  • I had forgotten how much I loved Patricia’s blog! I actually just rediscovered it the other day. Her fashion sense is amazing and her pictures are gorgeous. You’ll always find new and inspiring outfit ideas up on Raradigma!
  • Red, White, and Blue Recipes by Colleen at The Smart Cookie Cook
    • Fourth of July is over, but I love the recipes on this summary post so much that I’m sharing it anyway. Colleen always post fun and exciting recipes that tempts me into the kitchen. And you don’t have to be a chef to figure them out!
  • V Jewellery Giveaway by Laurie at Bell & Smokey
    • This necklace is absolutely gorgeous and the giveaway is still open for another week. You should also check out some of Laurie’s cute fashion updates while you’re over there!
  • The Best Summer Beach Reads by Caroline’s guest post at The Darling Prepster
    • I’ll be checking out a few of the books on this list myself, this summer! I love to read, especially when I’m lying in the sun with a cold drink in my hand. Too bad I won’t be going to the beach again for a while.
  • Packing Like A Champ by Kim at The K.O. Story
    • This post caught my eye immediately! We will be moving from Athens as soon as Andy is done studying, and, even if it’s at least a year away, I’m already making plans. I’m so excited to be moving but I’m absolutely dreading the packing (where did all this stuff come from, anyway?), so I will definitely be writing down these tips for future use!
